
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen berries
- 750ml water
- 1 sachet – black tea (of your choice)
- Mint leaves, small bunch
Preparation
- Add the water and tea bag to a saucepan on medium heat.
- Bring the water to a boil, remove the teabag and let it cool slightly.
- In the meantime, add your berries and mint leaves to a 1 L jug or bottle.
- Once your tea is cooled – add it to the jug.
- Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours so that the fruit and mint can infuse.
Want to speed up the process? Add 4-5 cubes of ice to lukewarm tea before putting it in the jug.
Tip: Serve with a dash of honey, you sweet-tea.
