
Ingredients
- 60ml tequila
- 80ml fresh mango purée
- Crushed ice
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Paprika & sea salt, to garnish
- Fresh mint, to garnish
- Slice of lime, to garnish
Instructions
- For the spicy salt rim: Move the slice of lime around the rim of the glass and immediately dip into salt & paprika that is spread out on a small plate. Set aside.
- In a food processor, blitz a peeled mango for 30 seconds and pour the purée into a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice, tequila, triple sec & lemon juice and shake till combined. Pour into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.
