Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup kimchi
- 4 rashers of streaky bacon
- 25-30g of shredded cheddar cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Butter
Instructions
- Heat a pan on medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy.
- Remove bacon from pan but let the bacon oil sit in the pan.
- Butter both slices of breads on the inside.
- Start by adding the kimchi, then the bacon, and then the cheese.
- Put the pan on medium heat
- Close the sandwich and spread mayonnaise end to end on the top side.
- Carefully flip the sandwich with the mayo side hitting the pan first.
- Press the top of the sandwich so it flattens slightly.
- Whilst it is cooking, spread mayonnaise on now what is the top side.
- Flip the sandwich once the bottom side is nicely browned. Be careful not to burn it so keep checking.
- Cook the sandwich on both side until nicely browned and cut through and enjoy!
