Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 2 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1kg chicken breast
- 12 baby potatoes
- 1 cup kimchi
- 3 Serrano chiles
- 1 green onion
Instructions
- Make the marinade paste by mixing the soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, gochujang, chilli flakes, fish sauce and sugar in a small bowl. Add to the chicken. Let it marinade for an hour.
- Heat a large sauce pan on medium heat. Add all of the chicken and marinade to it. Add 3 cups of water, baby potatoes, green chillies, green onions and kimchi to this.
- Bring to a boil, cover the pot then reduce the heat so it cooks at a simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add water if pot looks dry.
- Remove chicken once cooked and let everything cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, uncovered, until the sauce thickens slightly. Add the chicken again for a quick minute to the pot and enjoy some delish Dakdori Tang at home!
