Ingredients

  • 8 mini pita bread (homemade or store bought)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180°.
  • Vigorously mix the olive oil, sumac, dried oregano, sesame seeds, and thyme.
  • Spread the spice mix over your mini pitas.
  • Heat in oven for 5-7 minutes.
