
Ingredients
- 8 mini pita bread (homemade or store bought)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°.
- Vigorously mix the olive oil, sumac, dried oregano, sesame seeds, and thyme.
- Spread the spice mix over your mini pitas.
- Heat in oven for 5-7 minutes.
