
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 tsp water
- 60 ml bourbon
- 1 orange peel or dehydrated oranges
Preparation
- Add the sugar, bitters and water into a glass, and stir until sugar is nearly dissolved for 3-5 minutes.
- Fill the glass with large ice cubes, add the bourbon, and gently stir to combine the flavours.
- Express the oil of an orange peel over the glass. Garnish with orange peel or dehydrated oranges.
