This Sorbet’s Got A Peach Of My Heart

Ingredients

  • 7 ripe peaches, de-seeded (not peeled)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Blitz peaches (with the peel) and lemon juice in a blender until creamy & smooth.
  • Pour into an airtight container & freeze overnight or if you like it soft-serve-style, dig into it after 2 hours.
