
Ingredients
- 400g fresh plums, pitted
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- Dehydrated lemon, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Stir all the ingredients together in a saucepan and cook, covered, over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 20-25 minutes. Once cooled down slightly, purée in a blender until very smooth.
- Cover & freeze overnight in an airtight container.
- Garnish with dehydrated lemon & enjoy your new plum chum!
