
Ingredients
- 100g roasted pork belly
- 1 Cuban Bread Roll (or French Baguette / Italian bread)
- 1 tbsp grainy honey mustard
- 1 tbsp grainy fiery mustard
- 2 slices cucumber pickle or dill pickle
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Slice your bread roll in half. Butter both sides and toast slightly in oven.
- In the meantime, mix the two mustards in a small bowl.
- Remove the toasted bread from the oven. Slather both sides with your mustard mix.
- Preheat a panini press or grilled sandwich maker.
- Top the bottom half with roasted pork belly and then add the Swiss cheese and cucumber/dill pickles.
- Pop your sandwich in the panini press until the cheese melts and devour your ‘Chef’ movie style Pork Cubano at home!
