Ingredients:
- 300g jumbo prawns, deveined and peeled
- 20g rice flour
- 20g gram flour
- 2.5 tsp red chilli powder
- 1.5 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1.2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp curry leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Marinate the prawns overnight with the all the ingredients except the oil.
- Remove prawns 20 minutes before cooking.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Top with some curry leaves and serve with some lime wedges, coriander chutney, and tamarind chutney.
- Serve with a side of Malabar parathas.
