
Ingredients
- 1 frozen strawberry (stems removed)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 60 ml rhubarb infused gin
- Cubed ice
- 1 canned tonic water
- Edible flowers (optional)
Preparation
- Add lemon juice and mint to a mortar and pestle and gently muddle the mint.
- Pour this mix into a cocktail shaker with ice and gin. Shake vigorously until combined.
- Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with the frozen strawberry & edible flowers.
