
Ingredients
- 200 g king oyster mushrooms
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic glove, finely diced
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp toasted black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- Marinate the king oyster mushrooms in the teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes.
- Place a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Once the pan is hot, add the spring onion (save some for garnish) and garlic; and sautée for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the king oyster mushrooms and cook for 7-8 minutes until soft.
- Top ’em off with both the white & black sesame seeds.
