Teriyaki King Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 200 g king oyster mushrooms
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic glove, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp toasted black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Marinate the king oyster mushrooms in the teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes.
  • Place a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil.
  • Once the pan is hot, add the spring onion (save some for garnish) and garlic; and sautée for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the king oyster mushrooms and cook for 7-8 minutes until soft.
  • Top ’em off with both the white & black sesame seeds.
