
Ingredients
- 60 ml whiskey
- 5 cubes ice
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- Dehydrated lemon (optional)
Preparation
- Shake all of the ingredients with 2 cubes ice and strain into an ice-filled whiskey glass.
- Twist orange peel over the rim to express the oil and drop it in.
- Garnish with dehydrated lemon (optional).
