You Burrata Prepare Yourself For This

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp pesto
  • 200g Burrata
  • Basil oil, to drizzle
  • 1/2 cup Red & Candy Cane Beets
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Pear Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes (or any cherry tomatoes)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Smear some pesto onto a salad plate.
  2. Plop your big ball of burrata on top. Drizzle burrata with basil oil.
  3. Slice the beets and add ’em to a small bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes & fresh basil leaves to the same bowl. Toss with some oil oil, balsamic, salt & pepper.
  4. Plate it up & dig in!
