
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp pesto
- 200g Burrata
- Basil oil, to drizzle
- 1/2 cup Red & Candy Cane Beets
- 1/2 cup Yellow Pear Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes (or any cherry tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Smear some pesto onto a salad plate.
- Plop your big ball of burrata on top. Drizzle burrata with basil oil.
- Slice the beets and add ’em to a small bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes & fresh basil leaves to the same bowl. Toss with some oil oil, balsamic, salt & pepper.
- Plate it up & dig in!
